As Midwives, we will work by your side as you prepare to give birth; present in each moment with a spirit of love and compassion. Whether you are interested in a birthing class, would like to work with us as your midwife or birth support, we’ll provide the emotional, educational and physical support you need not only during labor, but throughout your pregnancy and postpartum as well.

Meet the Owner
Jessica Mills APRN, CNM
As a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women's Health specialist in the Southern New Hampshire area, I strive to offer highly personalized prenatal, birthing, and postnatal care to families in NH and MA. My goal is to give you and your family the support and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor process. I come with a combined 15+ years of nursing and midwifery experience. I have been happily married for over 23 years to my high school sweetheart. I enjoy homeschooling our 5 amazing children, fostering children in crisis, homesteading and hiking in NH. I feel deeply fulfilled by developing relationships with and empowering the women and families I am blessed to meet & care for.

Every family is unique, so I offer a variety of services personalized for each birthing experience. Regardless of what you choose, we will dive into your beliefs and expectations around labor and birth. Together, we will explore your physical and emotional strengths and limitations to ensure you’re completely prepared. Please get in touch to learn more about the various services that I offer.
Prenatal Care and Birth Services
Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As your Midwife, we promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. We will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer any support needed. Postpartum Support and Wellness GYN Care
Looking for someone who will take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs? We can provide routine physicals and GYN care as needed. We are always available by phone/email throughout and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.
Doula Support for Planned Hospital Births
Is birthing out of the hospital is not an option for you? After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, as your doula we are committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family; available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. We will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have with the added bonus of having access to a licensed care provider at all times.
Breastfeeding Support and More
With additional training hours in breastfeeding and lactation support a midwife is the perfect person to help support your feeding goals. When your new baby arrives time matters which is why we offer same day services, in your home, our office and even in the hospital. Other services include: highest quality placenta encapsulation as well as group and private childbirth education classes to meet your unique needs at an affordable price. Contact today for details.
